Terms Of Sale:

1. All shipments are F.O.B ex our long island New York warehouse.
2. Terms are prepaid unless open account terms have been approved by our credit department.
3. VISA, Discover, Master card, American Express, are only payments accepted via our website.
4. Pay pal, Wire Transfer and approved online checks are accepted via telephone order.
5. Phone for details regarding direct import shipments and letter of credit payments.
6. Order processing times are 3-10 business days, once shipped transit time is solely based on the carrier that is chosen.
7. Shipping charges varies by location, Typically shipping is 8%-12% of total order.
8. Claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
9. All returns have a 30 day processing time from when our warehouse logs in the returned merchandise.
10. Customer is Responsible For Shipping Costs When Returning Merchandise As Ordered. In the event your order was not shipped accordingly All Time Trading Will Provide Return Labels. Please do not attempt to return merchandise in any other way.
11. There is a 15% Restocking Fee For All Orders Shipped As Described. Please keep this in mind prior to returning a products that was shipped as ordered.
12. By Checking The Check Box At Order Check Out Means You The Card Holder Agrees For All Time Trading To Charge Your Credit Card For The Dollar Amount Shown. Furthermore you agree to all the above listed terms and conditions of sale.
13. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FROM BILLING OFFICE. NO CLAIM WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE WITH IN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS. CALL OUR OFFICE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RETURN OF AUTHORIZED GOODS OR ANY ORDER ISSUES.

We warehouse all of our items at our Brooklyn, NY location and ship them to your store with the most cost-effective and prompt carrier based on the size of your order and its destination.
15. Electronics products are sold subject to manufacturer’s guarantee.Registretion and return of products as well as usages are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and flyer inserted with products dispute will be settled by manufacturer and consumer in between.
